TRYOUTS ARE OPEN
We are excited to announce that tryouts for the Young Guns organization are now open for the Winter 2026 Season.
Included in the tryout fee of $50, you will receive:
  • Three one hour sessions of field time
  • Extensive coaching on aspects of Flag Football
  • A Young Guns Tee-Shirt
  • A copy of your athlete’s experience throughout the tryout
If You Make The Team

We aim to build upon last year’s successes by forming a competitive team for the 2026 Winter/Spring Season at the girls U16 level. We are not focused on tournaments, trophies and wins, but on the athlete’s improvement and their continued love for the sport.

We will have a few positions to fill and will carry red shirts who will have the opportunity to continue to grow.

We will be training to invest in our athletes’ growth and preparing them for competition at numerous upcoming venues. This will include several initiatives to help the athlete.
Costs

The cost per player for the Winter/Spring 2026 Season (January-August) is $600 (payment options available).

This fee includes:

  • The opportunity to improve and grow both in technique and in knowledge.
  • Multiple practices a week with emphasis on player development.
  • Custom Young Guns-branded flags, shirts, shorts, mouth guards and much more.
  • Support from our sponsors to help control costs and assist with Young Guns kit
We will be attending multiple tournaments throughout the course of the season.

Due to the amount of interest, we are expanding our tryout to several locations.

The team will be set by the end of January.

Once we receive your application, we will contact you with more information regarding try-out dates and locations.

Be prepared to work hard—bring lots of water, your cleats, athletic shorts/tights and tee-shirt, and a good attitude!

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to ensure you are registered.
