The National Capital Young Guns are excited to welcome Coach James Young to the organization.

Coach James Young is serving as the Defensive Coordinator for Team Gold and brings several years of competitive flag football experience as both a coach and player.

A former Team Ontario athlete, James has competed at the highest level and possesses a strong understanding of what the discipline, preparation, and leadership required to develop and be a successful team.

Having achieved championship success as both a player and coach, James contributes valuable experience, positive leadership, and a strong competitive foundation to the Young Guns program.
